Shipping is free if you spend $100 or more! 

Which items can I return or exchange?

Items that are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. Items not in this condition will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Items that are defective may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How much does it cost to exchange items from online purchases

Exchanges are free.

Just send the item back to us and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your purchase.

Yes, except for items marked "Online Only"

Can store items be returned online?

No

I returned my item by mail. When do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued once items have been received in their original condition. Any items returned must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. If items are not in this condition, a refund will not be issued.

Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email from our returns department, and the refund can take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

I placed an order online but need to cancel. How can I do that?
